Nejc Gradišar revealed that he was targeted by Mura in the summer transfer window, as former coach Dejan Grabić wanted to bring him to Murska Sobota. The latter wanted to see the youngster in the Brava team, where he played in the younger categories, but at that time not everyone in Spodnja Šiška was enthusiastic about his idea.

I think he didn’t have enough power at the time to make a choice, and it was up to the sports director Dejan Močnik to decide,“, Nejc Gradišar told Delo, adding about his statistics in the Telemach First League (10 games, 3 goals).Maybe in another club and in 1. SNL could have even better numbers, but I’ll never know. Maybe he wouldn’t have done so well at another club? It’s true that I’m becoming a more versatile player in Rogaska, because I have to work a lot harder on defence. I’m just getting to know the first league. It is demanding.”

The footballer from Lavrice near Ljubljana, who is also a young Slovenian national team player, moved to Rogaška Slatina in the middle of the 2021/22 season, before which he also played for Brežice for half a year. He made his debut in the First Telemach League as a youth player for Bravo in the 2019/20 season, but his scoring performance has been the best in the 2nd SNL, where he has scored 23 goals in 55 games.
