The Spaniard added that he draws his optimism not only from the results but also from the “material” at his disposal:”We do our job. I want more. Of course I am satisfied, but I want more. I know the team I have at my disposal and I am confident. Of course, we can’t know what will happen in a few months’ time, but right now we are the main contenders for the title.”
And who will be Celje’s fiercest rival in the battle for the championship? Albert Riera is not bothered: “I don’t care about that, that’s their problem. If I had to follow someone, I would be burdened with them, so others should be burdened with us. We just go on and on. I would be happy if there were many candidates for the second place. This would mean that the league is even and getting better.“
